I have a Dimplex built in electric fireplace. It is not putting out any heat. I dont know what the model number or serial number is. It was installed by the previous owner and is approx. 3 years old. They did not leave us any information as to who installed it and when but the house is only 4 years old. I live in Flowery Branch, GA. Does your company service Dimplex electric fireplaces? Thanks
