First of all we love the fireplace insert and can’t say enough good things about the entire process of purchasing and installation. Both of my techs (one trainee) were very attentive to the questions that I had and showed me how to perform the needed tasks once they were no longer around for support. The major negative aspect of the ordeal that I would like to point out is the cost of the service. It took the tech less than 15 minutes to brush off the dust, power the unit on to test for heat, and conduct a carbon monoxide test. The pricing is not the fault of the techs, but I will not be doing business with this company again.

CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! I am still pinching myself over the experience I just had with my Bolton Technician Lionel F. Here are just a few words to describe the service Honesty, Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, On time, Honest and Reasonable Pricing, Provided Assurance and training on how to use my Newly Installed Log Starter 😁. Lionel made me feel like a family member as he explained how he checked for leaks and proper draft and pull as the unit operated. This has been one of the BEST engagements I have ever had with a service oriented business in years ! And did I mention he even helped me unload a furniture piece from my pick up truck with in 3 minutes of arriving at my property!!! WOW!! Thank you a million times over!
