I had a leak in my outdoor gas lamp/mantel. I had 2 other companies come out first and quote me 100 ft of new piping from the meter to the gas lamp without even knowing that is where the leak was (they did no testing and didn't seem interesting in troubleshooting the leak and jumped right to just replacing the whole line). JR Bolton's tech confirmed that the line was not bad and it was in the gas lamp itself (which is good/cheaper/easier to fix). He replaced the gas valve and it appears to be working great now. I have nothing but good things to saw about the company and the tech that came out (Dario).

From the selection process with Chris, sales/showroom, to the installation by Bryce and Angel, the experience was great. They were all very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the product/gas logs. Look forward to having a free standing unit put in the sunroom next year.

I phoned them after hours on Wednesday with no gas for heat. They phoned me first thing the next morning, were out that afternoon and we had heat! Kept me informed and did a very thorough inspection of my home's system. Definitely will use again.

Very happy with service I received today from Ross. This was for maintenance on heating and direct vent fireplace. He did a great job cleaning up fireplace that was neglected by prior owner and it looks as good as new. He explained to me issues found on my furnaces and went over estimates. No pressure at all. I highly recommend.
