By signing up for Better With Bolton, you’ll receive two HVAC service visits per year—one in the fall for your heating system and one in the spring for your air conditioner, which we will schedule automatically for your convenience. That’s right. As a Better With Bolton member, you don’t have to remember to call us to schedule maintenance. Using your preferred method of contact, we will reach out to you, sending you service reminders by e-mail, text, or a personal phone call.

In addition to the HVAC maintenance visits, we also include a FREE whole-home plumbing inspection. Our inspection is designed to give you peace of mind by checking all exposed plumbing in the home for safe and proper operation.

  6. Check refrigerant temperatures as refrigerant enters and leaves expansion valve and coil
  7. Check thermostat calibration
  8. Check starting contactor contacts
