Dario went above and beyond in that he was extremely thorough in his explanation of the process, parts, and preventative things that I could do each year in preparation for the cold season. I was impressed by... read more his meticulous workmanship and explanations of what was happening and what he did to get it back to functioning. Once reassembled, he vacuumed around the unit and polished the front surfaces.
If only ALL the service repair people who have come into my place were as professional, and polite as he was, I'd be happy.
